I have been using a condensed version of the Musculoskeletal Exam for podiatrists.  The musculoskeletal area breaks down into RUE, LUE, RLE, and LLE.  Of course the podiatrist will not be doing anything with the upper extremities.

Should each toe be counted individually in the appropriate LE area?  If so, by inspection, ROM, stability, and muscle tone?

Thank you for any assistance!
